Samemsa is a property co-owned by a group of friends who agreed to create here a reputable address in hospitality. The contemporary architecture opens breathtaking perspectives onto the lagoon while the high-quality equipment and the tasteful decoration makes every corner a comfortable and cosy place to be. The complex counts 2 detached houses and three 4-bedroom apartments and a common swimming pool area where guests can meet in some poolside relaxation.
The sea-frontage and beach offer well-enough space for every guest to enjoy the sunny climate of the Mauritian east coast. The sea-bathing conditions are excellent while the pool area located in the garden is a well-sheltered area.
The GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT counts 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a stunning view on the lagoon.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with utensils and appliances of quality; so are the bathrooms. Bedding has not been neglected with specially ordered mattresses and pillows.
The owners’ experience in hospitality is the resort’s asset for the setting of standards as regards to service and general housekeeping. Although each owner manages his own unit, there is a common service by the persons of KEVIN and wife Reshmee the attendant who lives on the premises and who will be delighted to make the beach and pool area ready for your enjoyment. Their working hours are from 6.30 am to 2.00 pm and remain on call until 6.30 pm.
At the ground-floor apartment housekeeping and cooking is ensured by Sandya working from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Her job consists of maintaining and cleaning the premises, wash clothes and dishes, iron and prepare one meal each day. Reduced service on Sundays and public holidays.
Furthermore, there is the option of booking in advance a chef for really savoury, fine-cuisine dishes.
Absolute perfection' seems to be the best description of this place. The house is brand new and located in a quiet neighbourhood right on the beach. You enter through a perfectly made hardwood gate that slides up to reveal this pearl of a villa. We were met by the lovely owners (a local mauritian couple) and shown around the house and explained about the area and possible places to go...
