The 20° Sud hotel totals 36 rooms & suites into 5 categories, of which the Secret Suite or villa which is unique.

19 X Charm rooms of 25m² – of which 4 are communicating and 8 have an outdoor shower.
10 X Beach-front rooms of 35 to 50m² on 1st floor overlooking the bay.
2 Suites of 50m² on beach-front with Jacuzzi.
4 Austral suites of 80 – 100m² on beach-front, of which 2 have a private pool and jacuzzi.
1 Secret suite – A separate of 108m² with private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
